Job Title: FullStack Developer (React / Node)

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

About the Role

• We are in the early stages of developing a web-based interface for an IoT system and are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to help build our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Our goal is to create a lightweight, simple, and crisp UI that delivers a seamless user experience.
• The project primarily involves CRUD operations and some out-of-band visualizations.
• As a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development, you will play a crucial role in building and refining our MVP.
• You will collaborate closely with the project manager and backend team to integrate APIs and bring our mockups to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a web-based MVP with a simple yet functional interface.
• Implement and refine UI components based on existing mockups.
• Ensure a smooth user flow and intuitive click paths in collaboration with the project manager.
• Integrate with the backend REST API and optimize application performance.
• Test and debug the application to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience building web-based applications with an emphasis on frontend development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive and interactive web applications.
• Familiarity with performance testing and debugging tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Knowledge of IoT systems and web-based data visualizations.
• Understanding of scalable architecture and deployment best practices.
