Job Description

• The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for the development, planning, and coordination of strategic campaigns and initiatives, aimed at creating brand awareness, engagement, and bringing the brand top-of-mind to our targeted audience for the purpose of increasing our bottom line.
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing strategies, and leading cross-functional efforts to unlock untapped revenue potential.
• You will work closely with leadership to evaluate the feasibility and scalability of new initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Evaluate business objectives and develop strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals and continuity of the business. 
• Conduct SWOT analysis to assess competitive positioning and identify growth opportunities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals. 
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 
• Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools to support strategic decision-making. 
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. 
• Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. 
• Monitor economic, regulatory, and demographic changes impacting the business. 
• Identify market opportunities and risks to guide strategy formulation. 
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives. 
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization. 
• Analyze the success of implemented strategies and suggest enhancements. 
• Work closely with senior executives and departmental leaders to understand business needs. 
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas. 
• Present data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership. 
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and track project progress. 
• Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to mitigate risks. 
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project outcomes. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field 
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning. 
• Proven experience in strategy development, business analysis, or management consulting. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Knowledge of business modeling, financial analysis, and strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, PESTEL).
