Job Title: HR Manager Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Policies: Develop and maintain HR policies and organizational structure to align with goals and labor laws.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Performance Management: Oversee employee evaluations and foster continuous improvement.
• Culture & Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and enhance team morale.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
• Employee Relations: Address grievances and mediate conflicts.
• Compliance: Ensure employee records are maintained and adhere to labor regulations.
• HR Reporting: Provide regular HR reports to CEO/MD and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with team leads to align HR strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You possess professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a leadership role.
