Job Summary

• As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a role in effectively and efficiently marketing the Company’s products as well as actively map out possible marketing strategies to meet the right audiences.
• The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and often play a key role in pitching products or services to potential clients.
• The Digital Marketing Strategist must have extensive experience in beauty product sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and industry professionals to promote products and services.
• Identify new market opportunities and target customers within the hair and beauty industry.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and social media content.
• Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the brand and identify potential leads.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales and marketing, specifically in the hair and beauty industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the hair/beauty sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a keen eye for trends and innovations.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
