Job Title: Invoicing and Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

• As our Invoicing and customer service specialist you will responsible in managing the invoicing process and providing excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling billing inquiries, processing invoices, and offering exceptional support to customers while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately generate, review, and issue invoices for customers based on service agreements, purchase orders, or contracts.
• Monitor and track customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and work with the finance department to ensure timely collections.
• Assist with order processing, ensure timely delivery of products or services, and communicate any delays or issues to customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including product/service questions, order status, and billing issues, via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

• A Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoicing/billing and customer service, preferably
• Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology, or related oncology specialty.
• Proficiency with invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and customer service tools (CRM systems). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
