Job Description

• A Parking Management System (PMS) Cashier with Hilton Hotels and Resorts will oversee operations and perform daily cashier duties as regards to the parking management system in the hotel.

What will I be doing?
As a PMS Cashier, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform daily PMS cashier duties.
• Ensure payment collection for all parking above the required grace period with cash or POS.
• Monitor and ensure free tickets are only given to Hiltonia members, Inhouse Guests, Conference and Events guests, walk-in guest with proof/receipt for items purchased.
• Balance all tickets issued against payment methods and post same to symphony at close of shift.
• Perform other Ad hoc functions as assigned by the Department Head.

A PMS Cashier serving Hilton brand is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Bachelor's degree/Higher National Diploma in Accounting.
• Previous experience in cashiering functions would be an added advantage.
• Must have completed National Service
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skill.
