Job Summary

• As a Fleet & Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and utilized efficiently. 
• You will also coordinate logistics operations to support smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s fleet, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routing.
• Implement and oversee fleet tracking and telematics systems for real-time monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licenses, and company policies.
• Manage driver schedules, assignments, and performance to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Maintain records of vehicle expenses, repairs, and mileage to track fleet costs and efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport service providers for procurement and contract management.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and logistics operations to management.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and best practices for fleet and logistics management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and logistics planning.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid [Insert Required License] and a clean driving record (if applicable).
