Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented School Auditor to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our institution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Identify and assess potential financial risks, recommending and implementing measures to mitigate those risks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings and offering actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff to address audit findings and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and best practices in school financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in auditing, preferably in a school or non-profit setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
