About the Job

• As a Producer you will be a part of our dynamic team focused on producing high-quality content.
• This role plays a vital part in shaping our brand's voice and ensuring the accuracy and clarity of all visual materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee production processes for various projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Hire, train, and manage production team members.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage resources to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on set.
• Manage and maintain production budgets to optimize costs.
• Troubleshoot any production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Evaluate and select scripts or projects for production.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and other key personnel during pre-production.
• Coordinate casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
• Oversee post-production editing and final output.
• Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams for project releases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment within the production team.
• Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met.
• Handle any crisis or unexpected situations during production.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve project objectives.

• Work Location: Corporate Office at Ikeja and Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and any other project location, as may be required to complete work responsibilities.
