Job Overview

• We are looking for a qualified HVAC Electrician with expertise in commercial HVAC systems and electrical components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC units, refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and related infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations in our restaurants, lounges, and nightclubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air handling systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of cooling and heating units in kitchen, dining, and entertainment areas.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, panels, and controls related to HVAC equipment.
• Test electrical circuits and components to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect and calibrate thermostats, pressure gauges, and other control mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions to prevent downtime in a high-traffic hospitality environment.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Maintenance Team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and system upgrades.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Electrician in a commercial, hospitality, or industrial setting.
• Certification in HVAC and Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical circuits, motors, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair air conditioning units, ventilation fans, compressors, and duct systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and HVAC industry regulations.
• Hands-on experience with thermostats, sensors, circuit breakers, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy equipment, and handle tools safely.
