In the manufacturing and production space, the group operates Elo Water in Otokutu, Warri, and EJ Bakery in Warri. Additionally, Honour Flow owns Elo Ice Cream, delivering sweet treats, alongside a fuel station and gas station serving the energy needs of the community. Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to promote and expand the market reach of our water, bakery, and condiment products.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing customer acquisition, and ensuring sustained growth in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products effectively.
• Identify and engage new customers, vendors, and distribution channels to increase sales.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and bulk buyers.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet set sales targets.
• Organize promotional campaigns, product activations, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance brand visibility online.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is an added advantage.
• Must be proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to travel within designated areas to market products.
