We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative & Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Admin/Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our organization. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily business activities, managing administrative processes, and supporting the company’s strategic goals through efficient operations management.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Leadership:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative activities to ensure organizational efficiency
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
  • Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication to maintain smooth information flow across the organization.
  • Supervise office management tasks, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and logistics.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Project Coordination & Reporting:

  • Manage administrative projects and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Team Support & Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and support to the administrative team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure continuous professional growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in administrative and operations management roles.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
