Job Summary

• We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Marketer to join our team at Marsand bespoke joinery, a prominent furniture company known for its innovative designs and quality craftsmanship. 
• In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving sales and building relationships with customers in various retail environments and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with potential customers in the field to promote our furniture products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, interior designers, and contractors to increase brand visibility.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotions and campaigns that target specific markets or events.
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or direct marketing, preferably within the furniture or home décor industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales initiatives.
• A passion for furniture design and a solid understanding of market trends.
•  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
