Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
• Develope and implement growth strategies and plans
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
• Increase client base by securing contracts with new customers
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Write business proposals and reports to company stakeholders
• Conduct business presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Track and report on sales activities, using relevant sales performance metrics

Requirements

• Bacherlor's Degree in any field
• 6-7 years proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative thinking with the ability to adapt marketing strategies based on market trends
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
