Pecroyal Educonsult was established in January, 2016 to work with school owners to ensure that their schools are run in line with International Best Practices thereby meeting up with International Standards. We help manage school’s finances, ensure increased cash in-flow and reduce operational cost. In addition to these, we help build committed and dedicated work force that will work as a team to achieve the school’s vision.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence and school growth
• Maintain high teaching and learning standards while ensuring best practices
• Implement and enhance the Montessori and British curriculum
• Drive enrollment growth and promote the school's vision to parents and the community
• Foster a collaborative and positive school culture
• Organize engaging extracurricular programs and events for holistic student development
• Ensure staff professional development and performance monitoring
• Integrate technology and modern teaching methodologies into the learning environment.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Ed, PGDE Degrees
• Minimum of 15 years experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Montessori methodology and the British curriculum
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• A servant leader who leads by example and fosters teamwork
• Hands-on and willing to teach when necessary
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to grow the school's population
• Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and mentor staff to achieve high academic performance
• Passion for life-long learning, with experience in organizing programs and events that groom students into global citizens
• Tech-savvy with 21st-century teaching and leadership skills.
