We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Marketing and Business Strategy

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Business Growth:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategic plans to expand market reach.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.
• Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.

Content Creation & Brand Management:

• Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Oversee brand messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.
• Lead content marketing initiatives that drive traffic, lead generation, and customer retention.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified brand and business strategy.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and creativity.

Campaign Management & Performance Tracking:

• Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Optimize campaigns based on analytics, feedback, and industry trends.

Public Relations & Community Engagement:

• Manage corporate communications and public relations strategies.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
• Engage with stakeholders, influencers, and media to boost company reputation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
