The Nigerian Navy wishes to inform the general public that the candidates whose names appear on the list were successful at the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School (NNBTS) Batch 37 Recruitment Interview 2025.

Instructions for Successful Candidates of the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School Batch 37

• The shortlisted candidates are hereby invited to attend an interview which would hold concurrently at the Nigerian Defence Academy Old Site in Kaduna and the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School at Onne, Rivers State from 16 February - 16 March 2025.
• The interview would be conducted concurrently at the centres from 16 February to 16 March 2025. The interview will include screening/verification of credentials/certificates, medical/physical evaluation and written test.
• While candidates from the North West, North Central and North East Geopolitical Zones are to attend their interview in NDA Kaduna, others from the South West, South South and South East zones are to attend their interview at NNBTS Onne, Rivers State. The sequent of attendance for the interview will be as shown below:
  • North West Candidates: NDA Old Site Kaduna State (16 - 25 Feb 25)
  • North Central Candidates: NDA Old Site Kaduna State (26 Feb - 7 Mar 25)
  • North East Candidates: NDA Old Site Kaduna State (8-16 Mar 15)
  • South South Candidates: NNBTS Onne, Rivers State (16-25 Mar 25)
  • South East Candidates: NNBTS Onne, Rivers State (26 Feb - 7 Mar 25)
  • South West Candidates: NNBTS Onne, Rivers State (8-16 Mar 25).

Candidates are to come along with the following items:

• Printout of their duly signed application forms.
• Originals and photocopies of their credentials.
• Originals and photocopies of valid Drivers’ Licence (Category H only).
• Original and photocopy of State of Origin/LGA certificate.
• National Identity Card/Acknowledgment Slip.
• Writing materials.
• Two pairs of navy blue shorts and 2 white (unmarked) T Shirts.
• A pair of canvas/trainers and stockings.
• Bed sheets and pillowcases.
• Set of cutlery.
• Four (4) recent 30X30mm passport-sized photographs on a white background.
• Personal Toiletries (bathing and washing soaps, toothpaste and brush etc.).

Note

• Candidates will be interviewed individually and if found deficient of any required criterion (criteria), his/her candidature shall be terminated at any stage of the interview.
• If any information/declaration given by the candidates at any time during the entire selection process is found to be fake/false/wrong, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and he/she may be handed over to the Nigeria Police Force for possible prosecution.
• Failure by any candidate to provide accurate information concerning his/her medical history during the entire selection process as stated on the Medical Examination Pro forma will result in automatic withdrawal from training and dismissal even when already in the Service.
• Any candidate who fails to report for screening at a specified centre for their State of Origin on the stipulated date for his/her Batch will forfeit his/her candidature.
• Candidates are to report with a copy of their BVN.
• Candidates found with false/forged documents shall be arrested and prosecuted.
• Impostors shall be arrested and prosecuted.
• All concerned are to note and comply accordingly.
• All candidates are to adhere to the timeline for the order of attendance.
