Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Content Writer + Copywriter to work hand in hand with our Website Developer and WordPress Manager and manage the company’s digital presence.
• This role is crucial in ensuring seamless business operations, brand growth, and online engagement.
• The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and experienced in content writing, copywriting, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Write engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, website pages, ad scripts, newsletters, product descriptions, and more.
• Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content to develop original ideas and content strategies.
• Develop content with a focus on storytelling, brand voice, and creating a strong emotional connection with the audience.

SEO Optimization:

• Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective on-page SEO techniques.
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO practices, algorithms, and tools to enhance content performance.

Copywriting for Ads:

• Craft persuasive, clear, and concise ad copy that drives conversions and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad scripts for social media, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.

Newsletters & Email Campaigns:

• Write effective, engaging email content for newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure high open rates and click-through rates through effective subject lines, clear CTAs, and targeted messaging.
• Content Strategy & Digital Marketing:
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with overall digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze the performance of content and recommend improvements or optimizations based on metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Proofreading & Editing:

• Proofread and edit all written content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
• Collaboration & Feedback:
• Work closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and developers, to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns.
• Take feedback and iterate quickly to improve content quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years preferred of proven experience as an SEO Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Email List Management: Creating and maintaining targeted email lists for effective communication.
• Signup Forms & Lead Generation: Setting up and optimizing signup forms on websites and social media.
• Customer Segmentation: Organizing email lists into specific audience groups for personalized outreach.
• Transactional Emails: Managing automated emails like payment confirmations, shipping updates, and password resets.
• Email Automation Workflows: Setting up automated sequences (e.g., welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders).
• SMTP & Deliverability: Ensuring high email deliverability and avoiding spam folders.
• Third-Party Integrations: Connecting email platforms with CRMs, e-commerce tools (Shopify, WooCommerce), and websites (WordPress).

Others:

• Strong portfolio of written work that demonstrates your ability to create compelling and optimized content.
• Experience in writing ad scripts and newsletters.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and writing styles.
• Experience with email and marketing platforms, such as Many Chat, MailerLite, etc
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).
• Ability to write with a persuasive, audience-focused tone.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to write on a variety of topics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and their impact on content creation.
