Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Website Developer / SEO WordPress Manager to build, manage, and optimize multiple niche websites with a strong focus on SEO.
• The ideal candidate is proficient in WordPress development, has deep knowledge of SEO best practices, and can efficiently handle multiple websites while ensuring performance, security, and growth.
• This role requires technical and on-page SEO expertise and the ability to strategize and scale websites, including niche sites.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management:

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with high efficiency.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive, fast-loading, and mobile-friendly.
• Implement necessary plugins, themes, and integrations to enhance website functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, downtime, and performance problems.
• Ensure proper website security measures are in place, including regular backups and updates.

SEO Strategy & Implementation:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve rankings.
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, meta tags, and content for SEO.
• Ensure technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile usability.
• Monitor and improve website authority through backlink strategies and content marketing.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
• Niche Website Growth & Scaling
• Research and develop niche site opportunities with high monetization potential.
• Implement content strategies that align with SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize monetization strategies, including affiliate marketing, display ads, and eCommerce integrations
• Track and analyze site performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics and trends.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush to track website performance.
• Generate reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing insights for improvement.
• A/B test website elements, content, and layouts to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Collaboration & Project Management
• Work with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to align website goals with business objectives.
• Manage multiple websites efficiently, ensuring consistent updates and optimizations.
• Create and manage website project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in WordPress development and SEO management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling niche websites.
• Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously.
• Expertise in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for website customization.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with website performance optimization (caching, CDN, image optimization).
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, Google AdSense, and other monetization strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Ability to create and execute SEO-driven content strategies for niche sites.
• Familiarity with email marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
