Job Description

• We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Photo & Video Content Editor + Content Creator with strong social media skills.
• This role involves editing photos and videos, repurposing content, creating original content, and optimizing it for social media platforms to maximize engagement across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and understands current social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance photos and videos for various digital platforms.
• Assist with planning, shooting and creating engaging visual content for social media, websites, and marketing.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Design eye-catching thumbnails, reels, and short-form videos.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Implement effective social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
• Manage and organize a library of content assets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative content ideas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in photo and video editing.
• Proficiency in Inshot, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools - (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization.
• Ability to download, edit, and repurpose viral video and photo content
• Ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content.
• Experience in motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
