Description 

• Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and excellence.
• The Company has a strong commitment to innovation, turnkey solutions and premium services across construction, lighting, home automation and interior design and is poised for continued expansion and seeks a strategic leader to drive this vision forward.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:

• Provide visionary leadership, aligning all departments with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement company-wide strategies for growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Board and the leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Team Coordination & Operational Excellence:

• Supervise and provide direction to senior executives, fostering collaboration across all departments.
• Design and implement operational frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all branches.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure departments meet targets and deliverables.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders, clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, employees and strategic partners.

Structure & Growth:

• Strengthen the organizational structure to support long-term growth and scalability.
• Drive innovation, particularly in global procurement, sourcing and high-value project execution.

Educational Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Professional certifications are added advantage.
• Proven track record as a senior executive or CEO in a multi-departmental organization, preferably in construction, interior design or procurement.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and operational management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to inspire high-performing teams and manage key relationships.
• Experience in finance, legal, acquisitions, and procurement processes with a deep understanding of corporate governance.
