• We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial IT Project Manager to lead this exciting initiative and drive its growth and profitability.

Job Summary

• As the IT Project Manager, you will spearhead the establishment and growth of our IT services business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, IT, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects, developing business strategies, and ensuring profitability. 
• This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of IT services within a fast-growing, innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for both internal and external clients.
• Develop and implement business strategies to establish the IT services business as a profitable entity.
• Identify market opportunities and build relationships with external organizations to drive business growth.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, time-lines, and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Group to align IT services with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress and business performance for Executive Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in IT entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business profitability and achieve growth targets.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT services, solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
