Job Description

• As a Presenter at Pulse Nigeria, you will be the face and voice of our digital media content. 
• You will be responsible for presenting live and pre-recorded shows, conducting interviews, and delivering content across various platforms, including online video, social media, and live events. 
• Your role is to engage, inform, and entertain our audience, ensuring a high standard of presentation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Content Presentation:

• Host and present live and pre-recorded shows, including news, entertainment, lifestyle, and special features.
• Conduct engaging interviews with guests, including celebrities, industry experts, and other newsmakers.
• Provide commentary and analysis on various topics relevant to the audience.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the content production team to develop and produce high-quality content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new shows, segments, and features.

Audience Engagement:

• Interact with the audience through social media platforms, responding to comments and questions in a professional manner.
• Engage with viewers during live shows, incorporating their feedback and comments into the content.

Research and Preparation:

• Conduct thorough research on topics, guests, and current events to provide accurate and insightful content.
• Prepare detailed notes and questions for interviews and discussions.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with industry trends, current events, and best practices in digital media and broadcasting.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance presenting skills and technical knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years proven experience as a presenter, host, or similar role in the media industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for content promotion and audience engagement.
• Strong research and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle live broadcasts professionally.
