What We Are Looking For

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager with extensive experience in core and digital banking.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical abilities who can manage complex financial operations and contribute to the growth of our banking functions.
• The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial strategy, planning, and risk management within both traditional and digital banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives in both core and digital banking.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across digital and core banking operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client-specific needs and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and funding requirements, optimizing liquidity and ensuring financial stability.
• Oversee treasury operations, including asset and liability management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance within the banking sector, with a focus on core and digital banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial management principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with digital banking products, services, and platforms.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.H C Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,700,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on exceptional candidates’ Talent, experience, qualifications).
