What we are Looking for

• Anchor is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Global Payout Associate to manage and optimize the operational aspects of our cross-border payout processes. This role is operations-focused, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payout[1]related activities to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of cross-border payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement for Anchor's clients.
• Address and resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all payout processes comply with Anchor's internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.
• Monitor risk exposure related to payout operations and implement mitigating measures where necessary.
• Utilize Anchor's advanced payment platforms to improve payout efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with the product and IT teams to optimize system performance.
• Work closely with Anchor's banking partners, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth payout operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to facilitate issue resolution.
• Generate detailed reports on payout performance, costs, and service levels for Anchor's internal review.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cross-border payment operations, preferably in a fintech environment.
• Strong knowledge of payout systems, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using payment platforms and related tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 Monthly + Commission (Negotiable based on exceptional candidates’ Talent, experience, qualifications)
