We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Igando, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill human resources requirements across commercial, supply chain, and support services to meet business demands.
• Source qualified candidates and organize interviews for various positions as needed across departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for easy reference.
• Oversee administrative tools for company officials to ensure business objectives are met.
• Ensure effective and efficient personnel placement by maintaining the company’s organizational structure.
• Communicate the company’s vision and mission to all staff, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Cascade company objectives to key staff members for awareness and use in developing measurable performance indicators.
• Manage security arrangements and schedules to protect company assets and properties.
• Coordinate statutory insurance programs for staff and company assets, ensuring timely benefits and claims processing to avoid operational disruptions.
• Develop and manage the employee handbook to ensure staff awareness of company policies and employment terms.
• Provide informed recommendations to management on disciplinary actions and welfare issues, using relevant data and industry benchmarks to ensure competitiveness and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3 - 7 years work experience.
