Job Overview

• Our client is looking to hire a HR Manager that will overseeall human resource functions and compliance within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct training programs to enhance employee performance.
• Handle payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, and training programs.
• Only candidates with HR Certifications will be considered.
• Experience in workforce planning and seasonal hiring strategies.

Salary
N450,000 Monthly.
