About the Program

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training sessions on backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database management systems.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless API integration.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Optimize backend applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with version control systems like Git and GitHub for project collaboration.
• Debug and troubleshoot backend issues to enhance system reliability.
• Gain exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts and server-side programming languages.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database management and query optimization.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
