About the Program

• Our QA Automation Training & Internship Program is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in software quality assurance and automation testing. This program provides hands-on experience, expert-led training, and real-world project exposure to develop the necessary skills to become a proficient QA Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training sessions on software testing methodologies and automation tools.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in test automation frameworks, scripting, and execution.
• Assist in writing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and document defects, ensuring high-quality software releases.
• Gain hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and Postman.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests within the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to test planning, test case design, and test execution for various projects.
• Analyze test results and generate reports to support development teams in debugging and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
• Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
