Job Description

• As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly designs. 
• You will collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, conceptualize design solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience. 
• This role requires a combination of leadership, and technical expertise in Website Design and management.

Responsibilities
Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership in setting the design direction for projects and initiatives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.

Project Ownership:

• Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
• Implement best practices to optimize design workflows and increase efficiency.

Website Management and Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites, ensuring seamless functionality, responsiveness, and optimal performance.
• Customize themes and plugins to align with project requirements and client specifications.
• Remain abreast of the latest trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into projects.
• Oversee website hosting, domain registration, and email setup for clients to ensure smooth project execution.

UI/UX Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
• Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Provide design support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

Client Engagement:

• Initiate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Website Design, Website Management, Hosting, Domain, and Email Management.
• Proficient in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with modern design trends and best practices in web aesthetics and user experience.
• Strong ability to translate design concepts into functional, visually engaging websites.
• In-depth experience with website builders such as Elementor, Spectra, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Experience in setting up hosting, domain, and emails using platforms such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, Zoho, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Proactive in staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
