We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• To ensure implementation of an effective maintenance program for mechanical equipment/machines (rotatory and non rotatory) including vehicles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure that all vehicles at the flow station and drilling locations are well service and good working order.
• To ensure daily monitoring of water systems at flowstion,Ovade Village, Amukpe Lact unit and all drilling locations
• Carry out daily recording of parameters of all static and rotating equipment.
• Carry out repair of pipelines in all locations.
• Ensure that all generators at different field locations are serviced as due.
• Daily/ monthly inventory of all equipment at field locations.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• HND minimum with a mechanical background
• Cognate experience in maintenance/ repair of rotational and stationary machines (light and heavy duty engines, including compressors).
• Proficiency in the use of computer and engineering softwares.
• Knowledge in As-built drawings.
• Knowledge in design and installation of mechanical machines/ equipment.
