About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable business growth. The CFO will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, risk management, and overall financial strategy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Oversee cash flow, working capital, and debt financing to optimize financial performance.
• Cost Control & Profitability: Implement cost-saving measures and monitor profitability to align with company goals.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide financial advisory and ensure alignment with business growth and market demands.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Certifications: ACA, ACCA, or ICAN required.
