Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient business processes, and driving the organization's strategic initiatives. The Business Manager will work closely with senior management to achieve business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as necessary.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Supervise and coordinate with the Cafe Officer to ensure smooth cafe and kitchen operations, including inventory management, vendor management, food quality control, and customer service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate with the Hub Executive to maintain a conducive and professional environment in the co-working space, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for members and customers.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
