Job Title: Customer Experience and Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience.
• Handle all guest inquiries and provide information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
• Assist guests with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring smooth processes.
• Address any guest concerns or issues with empathy, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all spa offerings, packages, and services to provide accurate information.
• Manage customer feedback, ensuring that every guest’s voice is heard and their experience improved.
• Ensure a positive post-service experience by following up with guests and collecting feedback.
• Support other departments, including spa treatments and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
• A calm, professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Passion for wellness, luxury services, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
