Locations: Abuja, Anambra, Edo, Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun and Osun

Job Details

• Host Live Sessions: Conduct live streaming sessions for 2 hours, 3 times a week, maintaining high energy and audience engagement throughout.
• Audience Engagement: Connect with your viewers by responding to comments, addressing their questions, and ensuring they feel heard and appreciated.
• Maintain Focus & Control: Stay on topic, steer the conversation, and manage the atmosphere of the session. Ensure the live stream runs smoothly, keeping distractions to a minimum.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changes, be it technical issues or shifting topics, while maintaining professionalism and energy.
• Empathy & Connection: Build a strong rapport with the audience, making them feel comfortable and valued while being respectful and empathetic.
• Initiative: Take proactive steps to ensure the session is flowing smoothly. Anticipate any potential hiccups and deal with them before they become an issue.
• Communication: Use clear, concise language, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the backend team to ensure the session runs without issues, utilizing the data and resources provided.

Key Requirements

• Between the ages of 24 to 32
• Language Skills: Strong command of English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Engagement: Comfortable engaging with an online audience and encouraging interaction.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay calm and handle unexpected changes with grace.
• Energy & Enthusiasm: Bring positive energy to each live session, keeping the environment lively and fun.
• Empathy & Focus: Ability to connect with people through the screen, with a genuine interest in maintaining a supportive atmosphere.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of live streaming platforms and tools.
• Time Commitment: Available for 2 hours per session, 3 times a week, at scheduled times.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial.

• Are you a dynamic, energetic, and engaging individual with a passion for connecting with others? Do you have a talent for making virtual environments feel real and exciting? We are seeking a female Online Live Host who can captivate audiences, manage live sessions, and maintain a positive, interactive atmosphere. You will be responsible for hosting live sessions that last 2 hours, 3 times a week, with a focus on keeping the audience engaged, informed, and entertained.
• As our Live Host, you will need to balance professionalism with fun, anticipate the needs of both the audience and the platform, and create an interactive, friendly environment where everyone feels involved.
