• Then you are in the right place; Sika Nigeria’s Graduate Trainee Sales Track is designed to equip individuals with hands-on-training that will enable you build a successful career in Sales.
• This 12-month program, through a swap experience across different business functions, such as; Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, you will learn the operations of the business as well as the ins and outs of the products sold. Best of all, you will develop the skill sets and mindsets needed to become the transformative leader that the world needs.

Requirements
Your expertise - Our strength:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND with a minimum of Second-Class Degree (2.2) in Architecture/ Building Technology, /Engineering (Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering).
• A minimum of 5 credits in WAEC (including Mathematics and English) in one sitting.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Not exceeding 27 years of age at the time of application
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proactive, energetic, service and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Must be open to relocation (within Nigeria).
