We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager - Business Transformation & Strategy Development 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic business transformation initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive performance improvement and operational efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive business performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic projects that enhance business value.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of project goals.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on Business Transformation, Strategy Development, and Business Performance Analysis.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex business transformation projects and driving strategic growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
