Dawn Consulting Inc, an Accounting Consultant firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Your Role

• Preparing financial statements for companies, trusts, Sole traders, partnerships and retirement funds
• Assisting in written technical accounting, commercial advice and business plans with detailed financial analysis and cash flow statements
• Maintaining clients' asset register, adjusting journals, bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
• Working on small Corporations, SMEs and Large and Complex Family Groups
• Experience managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable is desirable.
• Prepare pre-formatted Excel work papers and other tasks as assigned.
• The contract for the suitable candidates is ongoing.
• Mentoring will be provided to competent and successful candidates.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Ideally, CA qualified or progression with at least 3 years of experience in audit, tax and business services or accountant with the right skills and can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a reasonable timeframe.
• Proficient in using at least one accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams. Competent use of Microsoft Excel is compulsory.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / month.
