Job Title: Marketer

Locations: Lagos and Akpajo, Port Harcourt - Rivers

Role Overview

• We are looking to employ a Marketer to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with distributors, and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new distributors.
• Develop a clear onboarding process for distributors and capture relevant kyc information.
• Meet set targets of onboarding distributors weekly while ensuring each person carries atleast 500 bags of water weekly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
• Promote and increase sales of packaged water products.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies that will increase leads and drive revenue.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the Business Manager.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE in Marketing, Business, or related fields with 1-3 years work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with local markets and distribution channels.
• Proximity to Akpajo, Portharcourt or environs is required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good reporting skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
