Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Operations Team Leader

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Contract

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead operations team to execute the production and routine first-line maintenance activities in the oil/gas field and ensure that production targets are met and that wells, facilities maintenance, integrity, HSE, and business requirements are satisfied.
• Ensure compliance of plant operation within the operating envelope and guidelines.
  Cost-effectively execute all plant operations activities in consultation with the Production Manager.
• Check and monitor compliance with all procedures and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Production or OND
  Knowledge of project execution planning, economics, and auditing.
• minimum of 8 years’ experience in field operations in the oil and gas industry or C&G with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Production operations.
