Job Purpose

• Responsibilities for advertising business online. 
• Develop, Implement, and Manage marketing campaigns promoting the Pocari Sweat products and services includes advertising via website, email campaigns, social media, enhance Brand Awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customer.

Job Responsibilites

• Must be able to analyse campaign, suitable communication, create content with suitable communication to customers, deliver messages to customers, execute content across all digital media channels. Including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Mustbe able to handle basic graphic design tasks on their own, working alongside as digital marketers to provide the visual content need, comfortable using basic online graphic design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe etc.
• Able tomonitor the impact of advertising campaigns and quantify the results of their broader marketing efforts. 
• Be able use analytics tools to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
• Able tomonitorindustry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and insights. 
• Building brand awareness and recognition through strategic positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
• Able to Leverage various digital channels to disseminate brand messaging, showcase product offerings, and engage target audiences in meaningful ways, ultimately enhancing brand visibility and recall.
• Must be able to coordinate with sales teams, product managers, customer support, and creative agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensure brand consistency, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Must be able tocollaborating with social media influencers who can share your brand with their audiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing/ Management / Communications / Social Sciences / Sciences.
• At least 2 year in the same position / 2 year in the previous position.
• Previous experience handling foods related activities/accounts will be an advantage.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
• Time management skills.
