Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide recruitment support, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process
• Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
• Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
