Job Title: Technical Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to engineers and internal staff via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related problems promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems.
• Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software.
• Collaborate with the team to improve system performance and resolve recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT and data security.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technical / its equivalent or a relatable field with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Creativity should be top notch.
• Problem solving ability,
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and time management.

Renumeration

• Negotiable.
