Job Summary

• We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Project Engineer (Design Expertise) for its client, which has a core focus in project design, engineering, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination:

• Define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and provide updates.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution.

Design & Technical Support:

• Create and review engineering designs, calculations, and technical drawings.
• Use software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit for project layouts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and client requirements.

Project Execution & Monitoring:

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct quality control checks and coordinate testing/inspections.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain technical documentation and progress records.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure documentation of changes, approvals, and compliance requirements.

Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical input during meetings.
• Support procurement by reviewing material specifications and vendor documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Structural Engineering. A Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years in engineering design, project execution, and coordination. Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial project design is an advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit), analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of industry regulations, and strong collaboration abilities.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
