We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Land and Property Valuer (Appraiser)

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspectionsto assess land and buildings' physical and economic characteristics..
• Determine market value, rental value, and investment potential of properties.
• Analyze real estate market trends, property demand, and comparable sales data.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for financial analysis, acquisitions, and decision-making.
• Ensure valuations comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Work with surveyors, real estate agents, and financial institutions to verify property details.
• Assess zoning regulations, land use planning, and development potential.
• Advise management on property pricing, negotiation strategies, and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Valuation, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., NIESV, RICS, or other recognized valuation bodies) is an advantage.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, or real estate assessment.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property laws, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, valuation software, and GIS mapping tools.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
