Job Summary

Job Desrciption

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, ads, and digital content.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve high performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategy execution.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
