Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Location: Oral Estate, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support the executive director. 
• This is an onsite role, and the ideal candidate must possess excellent time management skills, strong discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively. 
• Driving proficiency and a valid driver’s license are essential for this role. 

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
• Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Drive the executive to meetings, events, and other engagements.
• Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel itineraries.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Liaise with staff and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Driving experience with a valid driver’s license and good knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
• A high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executive.
• Commitment to the values and mission of the organization.
