Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Gas Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gas processing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the plant, managing personnel, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• The Gas Plant Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing production, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include supervising plant operations, ensuring equipment is maintained and functioning properly, and implementing safety protocols.
• The manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role requires monitoring production levels, analyzing performance data, and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in gas plant operations, with extensive knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. Leadership skills are essential, as the role involves managing a team of operators, technicians, and other staff members
• The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions is also critical. Furthermore, the Gas Plant Manager must ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and provide training to staff on safety procedures.
• The role also involves preparing reports, managing budgets, and working closely with senior management to develop strategies for improving plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the gas plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage and supervise plant personnel, including operators and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor production levels and implement strategies to optimize performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Develop and manage budgets for plant operations and maintenance.
• Prepare reports on plant performance and present findings to senior management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gas plant operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
• Experience with maintenance planning and equipment tro.
