About the Role

• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and oversee inventory control processes for our major business brand. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient management of inventory to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels align with business needs.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Implement and improve inventory management procedures to optimize stock control.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Track and analyze inventory trends to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Utilize inventory management software to update and maintain stock records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
