About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations within our hospitality business.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, cost control, and revenue management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and tax filings.
• Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
• Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory, procurement costs, and financial planning.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and hospitality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
